Culture builder. People developer. Writer. Speaker.

Building people who can build what Africa needs.

Priscilla helps ambitious Africans develop the inner freedom, emotional strength and practical systems required to build consequential lives, businesses and institutions.

Priscilla Kuti-Ukaegbu speaking at a university event
“Freedom is the courage to choose, accept the cost and build.”

Her work begins with the inner person, but it does not end there. Stronger people create stronger cultures. Stronger cultures make enduring institutions possible.

She enters places and asks: what could this become?

For more than a decade, Priscilla has worked across education, youth development, community building, entrepreneurship, coaching and enterprise. The settings have changed. The work beneath them has remained remarkably consistent.

She sees the person beneath the performance, the culture beneath the recurring problem and the system that can help good intentions become sustainable results.

Today, she writes, speaks, designs programmes and helps people and organisations develop the self-governance, courage and structure required to do work that matters.
